新时代教师教育实训系统的构建——以宜春学院教师教育实训中心为例

The Construction of Teacher Education Training System in the New Era——Take Yichun University Teacher Education Training Center as an example

近年来,学校印发多个文件,要求大力振兴教师教育,不断提升教师专业素质能力,同时强化教学基本功和教学技能训练。基于目前师范生实践能力缺失的问题,本文主要构建起集微格教学、课程录播、教学直播、慕课制作、资源管理、远程互动、教学研讨、教学评议于一体的教师教育实训系统。首先,文章从先进性、成熟性、实用性、可扩展性、标准化设计性等五个方面介绍了教师教育实训系统建设的原则,然后,从硬件方面和软件方面介绍了教师教育实训系统的主要建设内容,最后,文章阐述了教师教育实训系统对于教师教育人才培养所起的积极作用。

In recent years,the school has issued a number of documents,which call for vigorously revitalizing teacher education,constantly improving teachers’professional quality and ability,and strengthening the training of basic teaching skills.Based on the lack of practical ability of normal students,this paper mainly constructs a teacher education training system which integrates micro teaching,course recording and broadcasting,live teaching,MOOC production,resource management,remote interaction,teaching discussion and teaching evaluation.First,the article introduces the principles of the construction of teacher education training system from five aspects:advancement,maturity,practicability,extensibility,standardization and design.Then,it introduces the main contents of teacher education training system from hardware and software aspects.Finally,the article expounds the positive role of teacher education training system for teacher education personnel training.
