幼儿教师职业素养的影响因素及提升对策

摘要 幼儿教师职业素养在一日活动中会对幼儿产生潜移默化的影响。社会环境、幼儿园环境、幼儿及其家长、幼儿教师自身及其家庭是影响幼儿教师职业素养的重要因素。提升幼儿教师职业素养的有效对策是:社会拓宽教师来源,维护教师权益,建立分层培训体系;幼儿园完善幼儿园管理制度,营造民主和谐的人际关系;幼儿家长改善教育观念,积极支持与配合幼儿园的工作;幼儿教师以身作则、终身学习理念,不断提升个人思想道德素质;幼儿教师的家人应理解支持幼师的工作。 Preschool teachers’professional quality will have a subtle impact on children in one-day activities.Social environment,kindergarten environment,children and their parents,preschool teachers themselves and their families are important factors that affect preschool teachers’professional quality.The effective countermeasures to improve the professional quality of preschool teachers are:expanding the sources of teachers,safeguarding the rights and interests of teachers,establishing a hierarchical training system;improving the management system of kindergartens,building a democratic and harmonious interpersonal relationship;improving the educational concept of parents,actively supporting and cooperating with the work of kindergartens;setting an example,lifelong learning concept,and constantly improving personal thoughts.The family members of preschool teachers should understand and support the work of preschool teachers.
