摘要
互联网时代资源共享的背景下,为了给每个学生提供适合的教育方式,开展线上、线下混合式教学模式是非常必要的,本文针对"工程项目管理"知识点多、课时安排较少等原因,对"工程项目管理"知识点进行筛选,筛选出12个主要知识点并录制视频、设置讨论题,同时构建了学生参与讨论次数、观看视频情况、线上交作业情况等多维度平时成绩考核方式,摈弃传统教学中课堂出勤率和作业上交等平时成绩考核方式,使得平时成绩更加客观,不流于形式,增强了学生课程参与度,取得了良好的教学效果。
Under the background of resource sharing in the Internet era,in order to provide each student with a suitable way of education,it is very necessary to carry out online and offline hybrid teaching mode.In this paper,aiming at the reasons of more knowledge points and less time arrangement of"project management",the knowledge points of"project management"are screened,12 main knowledge points are screened,videos are recorded and discussions are set up.At the same time,it constructs the multi-dimensional usual performance assessment methods,such as the number of students’participation in discussion,watching video,and online delivery of homework.It abandons the traditional classroom attendance rate and homework delivery and other usual performance assessment methods,so that the usual performance is more objective,not manifold,and enhances the students’participation in the curriculum,and achieves good teaching results.
