How to Promote College Students to Learn before Class in Flipped Classroom

摘要 翻转课堂教学模式的有效实施需要学生课前先学的保障,课前先学的完成需要学生具备较高的自主学习能力和专注力,在实际教学中发现课前先学情况并不乐观,学生存在应付、拖延甚至放弃的现象。文章分析了造成课前先学完成度不高的原因,提出了通过导学解决学生"不会"的问题、通过督学解决学习"不专"的问题,通过资源的优化设计和更新评价解决学习动机"不高"的问题,以此促进大学生在翻转课堂中的课前先学。 The effective implementation of flipped classroom teaching mode needs the guarantee of students’learning before class,and the completion of learning before class requires students to have higher independent learning ability and concentration.In actual teaching,it is found that the situation of learning before class is not optimistic,and students have the phenomenon of coping,delaying or even giving up.This paper analyzes the reasons for the low completion of pre class learning,puts forward to solve the problem of"not able to"for students through learning guidance,solve the problem of"not specialized"for learning through supervision,and solve the problem of"low"for learning motivation through optimized design and updated evaluation of resources,so as to promote students to learn before class in flipped classroom.
