摘要
目的:探讨焦点解决短程治疗的团体辅导对心理资本的影响,为改善员工的职场表现提供参考。方法:采用心理资本量表和职场表现量表对两组共22名员工开展为期四周的干预研究。结果:两组被试在希望、韧性得分差异显著(t=-2.41,t=-2.40,p <0.05);在心理资本总维度、工作投入、职场表现得分边缘显著(t=-2.07,t=-1.93,t=-1.95,0.05<p<0.1);结论:焦点解决短程治疗的团体辅导对心理资本有一定的改善作用;提高了员工的部分职场表现和工作投入。
Objective:To explore the effect of group counseling based on Solution Focused Brief Therapy on psychological capital,and provide reference for improving employees’performance in the workplace.Methods:this study recruited 22 members of two groups from a foreign-owned enterprise in Beijing.The group counseling activities lasted for one month,totaling sixteen hours.Conclusion:Group counseling focusing on short-course treatment has a certain improvement effect on psychological capital,and can improve part of the workplace performance and work input of employees.
