摘要 在当代职业教育心理学研究课题中,职校生学习力属于其中不可忽视的组成部分,历来被视为职教领域的重点。纵观职校生学习力发展现状,主要存在学习动力不佳、学习能力较弱、学习意志欠缺等问题。基于教学视角反思而言,主要受教学内容、教学方式、教学管理等要素的影响,使得提升职校生学习力的目标大打折扣。基于此,职业教育在深化教学改革时,要围绕着怎样提升职校生的学习力为指导目标,研究行之有效的教学对策,让提升职校生学习力的目标得以实现。 In the research of contemporary vocational education psychology,vocational school students’learning ability is an important part,which has always been regarded as the focus of vocational education.Throughout the development of vocational school students’learning ability,there are mainly problems such as poor learning motivation,weak learning ability and lack of learning will.Based on the perspective of teaching reflection,it is mainly affected by teaching content,teaching methods,teaching management and other elements,which makes the goal of improving vocational school students’learning ability greatly reduced.Based on this,when deepening the teaching reform of vocational education,we should focus on how to improve the learning ability of vocational school students as the guiding goal,study effective teaching countermeasures,so as to achieve the goal of improving the learning ability of vocational school students.
