试论新常态下高校教育行政管理工作

On the Administration Work of Higher Education under the New Normal

人才是推动经济发展,实现祖国复兴的动力源泉,在新常态下,人才培养工作必须要进行深化改革,以更好满足社会的发展需求.高等院校是培育人才的重要地方,高校行政管理工作是否科学、合理关系着我国人才战略的顺利实施,因此,本文以高校教育为主,对新常态下行政管理工作的重要性予以分析,重点探究其目前发展中存在的问题,并根据问题制定行之有效的解决策略,以为高校教育行政管理工作提供参考依据.

Talent is the power source to promote economic development and realize the rejuvenation of the motherland.Under the new normal,the work of talent training must be reformed to better meet the needs of social development.Colleges and universities are important places to cultivate talents.Whether the administrative work of colleges and universities is scientific and reasonable is related to the smooth implementation of the talent strategy of our country.Therefore,this paper mainly focuses on college education,analyzes the importance of the administrative work under the new normal,focuses on the problems existing in its current development,and formulates effective solutions according to the problems,so as to promote college education,and provide the reference basis for college education administration work.
