摘要
专业思想树立较晚、实践技能薄弱、系统临床思维缺乏、人文素质欠缺是口腔医学本科生存在的主要问题.昆明医科大学口腔医学院以问题为导向,以提高本科生综合能力为目标,依托"全程化、综合性、应用型"特色鲜明的口腔医学专业人才培养模式,构建"三早"课程体系,开展系统性临床思维培养提高的PBL教学改革,进行以执业医师资格考试为导向的理论+OSCE实践技能操作毕业综合考核改革,整合和融合第一、第二、第三课堂,为培养和提高学生综合能力进行了积极有效的实践探索,取得了明显的成效.
The establishment of professional ideas is late,weak practical skills,lack of systematic clinical thinking,and lack of humanistic quality are the main problems in the study of stomatologic undergraduates.With the goal of improving the comprehensive ability of undergraduates,constructing the curriculum that practice clinic early,carrying out the PBL teaching reform,implementing the simulated practitioner exam and OSCE practical skills operation,integrating in-class and extra-curricular activities,all above aimed at effective exploration of the cultivating and improving students'comprehensive ability.
