基于两个对接的“2+X”为指向的三年制大专小学教育专业人才培养模式探析 被引量:1

摘要 35年来,我国小学教育专业的人才培养模式,有"全科型教育"、"大全科型教育"、"小全科型教育"之说,继而与其匹配的课程体系设置也就呈现出多样化的局面.三年制大专小学教育专业如何确定人才培养模式,归根到底是由人才培养目标、规格与定位等多因素确定的.作为三年制专科小学教育专业,从当下的形势看,人才去向基本是到乡村小学就业,故三年制大专小学教育专业的人才培养方案必须对接满足乡村小学客观情况的诉求.同时,还要对接学生的智能,合理构建其培养模式. In the past 35 years,the talent training mode of primary education major in China has been described as"general education","general education","general education",and"general education".Then the matching curriculum system presents a diversified situation.In the final analysis,how to determine the talent training mode of the three-year junior college and primary school education major is determined by multiple factors such as talent training objectives,specifications and positioning.As a three-year junior college primary school education major,from the current situation,talent is basically going to rural primary school for employment,so the talent training program of the three-year junior college primary school education major must meet the demands of the objective situation of rural primary school.At the same time,it is necessary to connect the intelligence of students and build a reasonable training model.
