摘要
军事理论课是普通高校大学生常态化国防教育的主渠道,其功能发挥是高校国防教育功能实现的主要依托.然而,随着育人理念的新发展和国家战略的新需求,当前军事理论课的课程目标定位和功能发挥需要进一步校准和拓展.2019年1月新修订的教学大纲对此进行了回应,从新旧大纲的对比,结合教学实践,研究认为,普通高校军事理论课在促进大学生学习迁移、加强素质教育和在发挥国防功能等方面,均需要进一步校准和拓展.
Military theory course is the main channel of the normal national defense education for college students,and its function is the main support for the realization of the national defense education function.However,with the new development of education concept and the new demand of national strategy,the current curriculum goal and ftinction of military theory course need to be further calibrated and expanded.The newly revised syllabus in January 2019 responds to this.Based on the comparison between the new syllabus and the old syllabus,combined with the teaching practice,the research holds that the military theory course of ordinary colleges and universities needs to be further calibrated and expanded in promoting the learning transfer of college students,strengthening quality education and playing the national defense function.
