摘要 在核心素养教育的背景下,教师素养的培养和提升有利于学生的全面发展.而教师素养是教师在教育教学中应具备的专业素养,教师素养的培养与核心素养教育有着目标导向的一致性.为此,本文对教师素养的内涵进行了深度的解析,提出了当前情况下教师素养存有的不足,同时对教师素养的培育和提升策略进行了探析,以其能够为新时代"培养全面发展的人"提供一些建议和思考. In the context of core literacy education,the cultivation and promotion of teachers'literacy is conducive to the overall development of students.Teachers'quality is the professional quality that teachers should have in education and teaching.The training of teachers'quality is consistent with the core quality education.For this reason,this paper analyzes the connotation of teachers'literacy deeply,puts forward the shortcomings of teachers'literacy in the current situation,and probes into the cultivation and promotion strategies of teachers'literacy,so as to provide some suggestions and reflections for the"cultivation of all-round development of people"in the new era.
