At present,in the process of undergraduate English teaching,the cultivation of English teachers'quality needs to grasp the English communicative ability,combine the English communicative ability with the new situation closely,so as to improve the teaching ability of English teachers better.In the process of analyzing the quality of English teachers,this paper focuses on grasping the background of the times,strengthening the reform of teaching mode,making the undergraduate English teaching better conform to the current education situation,so as to effectively improve the teaching effect and quality.
