摘要
随着互联网技术及移动通信技术的发展,自媒体在近几年得到了快速发展,我们已经进入了自媒体时代.在这一时代背景下,高校心理健康教育也迎来了发展机遇与挑战.为了提高高校心理健康教育的实效性,本文重点对自媒体时代高校心理健康教育的创新路径进行了深入探究.
With the development of Internet technology and mobile communication technology,self-Media has developed rapidly in recent years,and we have entered the era of self media.In this era,the mental health education in colleges and universities has also ushered in opportunities and challenges.In order to improve the effectiveness of college mental health education,this paper focuses on the innovative path of college mental health education in the era of self media.
