On December 20,1999,with China's national flag flying in the night sky,Macao officially returned to China.During the past two decades,Macao has experienced rapid economic development,continuous improvement of peopled livelihoods and social harmony and stability.That demonstrates the successful implementation of the "one country,two systems" principle in the Macao Special Administrative Region(SAR).During that time,exchanges between Macao and the Chinese mainland have been increasingly enhanced.More and more women in Macao have integrated their personal growth into the overall development of the country.Nowadays,women from all segments of society in Macao are making concerted efforts to build a beautiful homeland.Macao,like a lotus flower,will shine more brightly in the future.
1999年12月20日零时,当五星红旗在澳门夜空高高飘扬的那一刻,离散400多年的游子—澳门,正式回归袓国怀抱。回归20年来,澳门经济快速增长、民生持续改善、社会和谐稳定,向世界展示了具有澳门特色的“一国两制”成功实践。20年来,澳门与内地的交往日益增进。越来越多的澳门女性积极融入到国家发展大局。今天,澳门各界女性正以主人翁的昂扬姿态,在建设美好家园的历史进程中,不断彰显巾帼之力,同心唱响澳门之歌。澳门这朵盛世莲花,一定会绽放出更加绚丽的光彩。
