摘要
为了掌握沙葱种子的萌发特性,了解植物生长调节剂对其发芽率的影响。试验采用纸床法,进行萌发吸水特性、4种植物生长调节剂对沙葱种子发芽率影响的研究。结果表明:沙葱种子浸入室温清水后,2 h以前吸水速率最快,之后逐渐减慢,10 h后吸水率更慢,到14 h后达到饱和。室温贮藏一年半的种子在充分吸水的条件下,发芽率只有17.50%,用800 mg/L GA3浸种后其发芽率提高到63.33%;在GA3浸种预处理的基础上,再用NAA,IBA,6-BA进行后处理,其发芽率能得到显著提高,尤其当3种植物生长调节剂的使用浓度在1.0 mg/L时,效果最好,且作用效果依次为NAA>IBA>6-BA。浸种14 h以后达到吸水饱和的特性可以作为播种前浸种的依据,沙葱种子用赤霉素(800 mg/L)浸种后再用1.0 mg/L的NAA处理可以作为沙葱生产中提高种子发芽率的首选。
In order to explore the germination characteristics of Allium mongolicum seeds and understand the effects of plant growth regulators on its germination.In this study,the paper bed method was used to study the water absorption characteristics of germination and the effects of four plant growth regulators on the germination rate of Allium mongolicum.The results showed that the water absorption rate of Allium mongolicum seeds soaked in room temperature water was the fastest at the first 2 hours,then slowed down gradually in following 10 hours,and reached saturation at 14 hours.After storage at room temperature for one and a half years,the germination rate was 17.50%.After soaked with 800 mg/L GA3,the germination rate increased to 63.33%.On the basis of GA3 seed soaking pretreatment,the germination rate could be significantly improved by using NAA,IBA and 6-BA treatment.Especially,when the concentration of NAA,IBA and 6一BA was 1.0 mg/L,the effect was the best,and the effect was NAA>IBA>6-BA in turn.The saturation of water absorption after 14 hours of soaking could be used as the basis for soaking seeds before sowing,and the treatment with GA3(800 mg/L)and NAA(1.0 mg/L)after soaking seeds could be the first choice to improve seed germination rate in Allium mongolicum production.
