补阳还五汤联合针刺治疗气虚血瘀型中风恢复期临床观察

Clinical Observation on Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Acupuncture in the Recovery Period of Stroke of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type

目的 探讨补阳还五汤联合针刺治疗气虚血瘀型中风恢复期的效果。方法 选取2017年1月-2018年12月收治气虚血瘀型中风恢复期患者122例,随机分成研究组和对照组。对照组61例,予以西医常规康复治疗;研究组61例,加用补阳还五汤与针刺疗法。随访6个月,比较2组上肢痉挛程度、手功能及临床疗效差异。结果 治疗后3个月、6个月,研究组MAS评分为(1. 53±0. 27)分、(1. 02±0. 15)分,均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。治疗后3个月、6个月,研究组FMA评分为(8. 87±2. 05)分、(9. 65±2. 12)分,均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。研究组患者总有效率为91. 80%,优于对照组的75. 41%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论 补阳还五汤联合针刺可有效提升中风恢复期患者临床表现,促进肢体功能恢复,改善手功能,有利于预后质量提升,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture on the recovery period of stroke of qi deficiency and blood stasis type. Methods 122 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into study group and control group. 61 cases in the control group were treated with routine rehabilitation of Western medicine,while61 cases in the study group were treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction and acupuncture. Following-up for 6 months,the degree of upper limb spasm,hand function and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After 3 months and 6 months of treatment,the MAS score of the study group was( 1. 53 ± 0. 27) and( 1. 02 ± 0. 15) respectively,which were significantly lower than those of the control group,respectively,and the difference had statistical significance( P < 0. 01). After 3 months and 6 months of treatment,the FMA scores of the study group were( 8. 87 ± 2. 05) and( 9. 65 ± 2. 12) respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the control group,respectively,and the difference had statistical significance( P < 0. 05). In the study group,the total effective rate was 91. 80%,which was better than 75. 41% in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture can effectively improve the clinical manifestations of stroke patients in convalescent stage,promote the recovery of limb function,and improve hand function and the prognosis quality. It is worthy of clinical application.
