泌感清颗粒治疗急性肾盂肾炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on Miganqing Granule in Treating Acute Pyelonephritis

目的 探讨泌感清颗粒治疗急性肾盂肾炎的临床效果。方法 选取急性肾盂肾炎患者70例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,各35例。对照组给予左氧氟沙星注射液抗感染治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上辅以泌感清颗粒治疗,2组均治疗2周,追踪半年。比较2组临床疗效和临床症状改善情况。结果 治疗组总有效率为94. 3%,高于对照组的82. 9%(P <0. 05);与对照组相比,治疗组能明显缩短尿常规白细胞转阴的时间(P <0. 05);治疗组除发热外,腰痛、尿频尿急、疲倦乏力、纳差食少积分均显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论 在常规抗感染治疗基础上联合泌感清颗粒治疗急性肾盂肾炎,可显著改善患者临床症状,提高临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Miganqing granule on acute pyelonephritis.Methods 70 cases of patients with acute pyelonephritis were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levofloxacin injection,and the treatment group was treated with Miganqing granule on the basis of control group.The clinical effect of 2 groups and the improvement of the clinical symptoms was compared.Results The clinical total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.3%which was significantly higher than 82.9%of control group(P<0.05).The time for Leukocyte to turn negative in urine test in the treatment group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).The syndrome integral of lumbago,urinary tract irritation,fatigue and anorexia in the treatment group were lower than those in control except for fever(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined Miganqing granule with anti-infection in treating acute pyelonephritis can obviously improve the symptoms and increase the clinical effect.
