化瘀降浊法治疗痰瘀互结证冠心病稳定型心绞痛临床观察

Clinical Observation on Removing Blood Stasis and Reducing Turbid Method in the Treatment of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease with Syndrome of Intermingled Phlegm and Blood Stasis

目的 探讨化瘀降浊法治疗痰瘀互结证冠心病稳定型心绞痛的效果。方法 选取2017年1月-2019年1月在辽宁省大连市友谊医院中医科的80例痰瘀互结证冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为试验组与对照组,对照组40例患者给予常规西药治疗,试验组40例在对照组基础上加用自拟化瘀降浊汤治疗,对比2组患者治疗后的生活质量积分以及心绞痛临床症状。结果治疗后,试验组患者西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)评分优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);试验组患者心绞痛症状总有效率高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论 化瘀降浊法治疗痰瘀互结证冠心病稳定型心绞痛远期疗效好并值得进一步研究和临床应用。

Objective To explore the significance of self-made removing blood stasis and reducing turbid method in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis.Methods From January 2017 to January 2019 in Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Dalian Friendship Hospital,80 cases of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group of 40 cases received conventional western medicine treatment,40 patients in the experimental group were given self-made removing blood stasis and reducing turbid method on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the quality of life of integral and angina symptoms was compared.Results The SAQ score of Seattle angina scale,the SAQ score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of angina pectoris in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made removing blood stasis and reducing turbid method has a good long-term effect on the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis,and is worthy of further research and clinical application.
