微针刀联合白虎加桂枝汤加减治疗急性发作期痛风性关节炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Microneedle Knife and Baihu Guizhi Decoction in the Treatment of Acute Attacking Gouty Arthritis

目的 观察微针刀联合白虎加桂枝汤加减治疗急性发作期痛风性关节炎的临床效果,并评价其对炎性因子的影响。方法选取医院收治的急性发作期痛风性关节炎患者82例,按照随机数字表法分为2组:对照组40例应用白虎加桂枝汤加减治疗,观察组42例则在对照组基础上联合微针刀治疗,评价不同治疗方法应用效果。结果 观察组治疗后的关节疼痛、关节压痛、关节急性红肿、关节活动障碍以及血尿酸水平、疼痛消失时间等均低于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,组间差异显著(P <0. 05)。结论微针刀联合白虎加桂枝汤加减治疗急性发作期痛风性关节炎,可有效改善患者症状,应用安全可靠。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of micro-needle knife and Baihu Guizhi decoction in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis,and to evaluate its effect on inflammatory factors.Methods Eighty-two patients with acute septic arthritis admitted to the hospital were enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups according to the principle of numerical randomization.40 patients in the control group were treated with Baihu Guizhi decoction,and 42 patients in the observation group were treated with micro-needle knife on the basis of the control group.The application effect of different treatment methods was evaluated.Results The joint pain,joint tenderness,acute redness of joints,joint movement disorder,total score,blood uric acid level and pain disappeared of the observation group were less than those of the control group.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Microneedle knife combined with Baihu Guizhi decoction in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,and the application is safe and reliable.
