麝香保心丸治疗冠心病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Shexiang Baoxin Pill in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

目的分析冠心病(CHD)患者采用麝香保心丸(HMP)治疗对心电图的影响。方法选取2016年2月-2019年2月来院治疗的62例CHD患者,分为A组和B组,均31例。2组患者均行常规治疗,B组患者加用复方丹参滴丸治疗,A组患者加用HMP治疗。对比治疗效果。结果 A组的症状总有效率为93. 55%,高于B组的74. 19%(P <0. 05)。A组的心电图总有效率为96. 77%,明显高于B组的80. 65%(P <0. 05)。A组的心电图改善指标均优于B组(P <0. 05)。A组的不良反应发生率为9. 68%,低于B组的32. 26%(P <0. 05)。结论为CHD患者行HMP治疗可改善症状与心电图表现,且不会导致异常反应,具有较高的安全性。

Objective To analyze the effect of Shexiang Baoxin pill on electrocardiogram( ECG) in patients with coronary heart disease( CHD). Methods 62 patients with CHD who came to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 were divided into group A and group B,with 31 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were treated with conventional treatment. Group B was treated with compound Danshen dropping pills,and group A was treated with Shexiang Baoxin pill on the basis of the conventional treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The curative effect of symptoms in group A was 93. 55%,while that in group B was 74. 19%.The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The ECG effective rate of group A was 96. 77%,which was significantly higher than that of group B( 80. 65%)( P < 0. 05). The improvement of ECG in group A was better than that in group B( P < 0. 05). The adverse reaction rate of group A was 9. 68%,which was lower than that of group B( 32. 26%)( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin pill in the treatment of CHD patients can improve the symptoms and ECG performance,will not lead to abnormal reactions,and has high safety.
