针刺联合推拿对颈椎间盘突出症患者疼痛程度及生活质量的影响

The Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Massage on the Pain Degree and Quality of Life in Patients with Cervical Disc Herniation

目的 研究针刺推拿对颈椎间盘突出症患者疼痛程度及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2016年9月-2018年8月治疗的94例颈椎间盘突出症患者,利用随机数字表法分为2组,各47例。对照组行针刺疗法,观察组在对照组基础上加用推拿疗法,对比2组临床疗效、临床症状改善情况、疼痛程度及生活质量。结果 观察组治疗总有效率较对照组明显高,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗后,2组眩晕、肩颈痛及头痛症状评分均较治疗前升高,且观察组评分更高;治疗后,2组VAS、QLQC30评分均改善,且观察组VAS评分更低,QLQC30评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论 针刺联合推拿治疗颈椎间盘突出症能有效提升临床疗效,明显改善症状,减轻疼痛程度,提升患者生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of acupuncture and massage on pain degree and quality of life(QOL)in patients with cervical disc protrusion.Methods From September 2016 to August 2018,94 patients with cervical disc protrusion were randomly divided into two groups,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with massage therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,improvement of clinical symptoms,degree of pain and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,vertigo and shoulder and neck in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of pain and headache were higher than that before treatment,and the score of the observation group was higher.After the treatment,the VAS and QLQC30 scores of the two groups were improved,and the VAS score of the observation group was lower,and the score of QLQC30 was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupuncture and massage in the treatment of cervical disc herniation can effectively improve the clinical curative effect,improve the symptoms,relieve the pain degree,and improve the quality of life of the patients.
