内蒙古地区普通干线公路服务设施建设及运营管理现状研究

Study on the Current Situation of the Construction and Operation Management of the Service Facilities of the Common Trunk Roads in Inner Mongolia

采用文献梳理和实地调研的方法,研究内蒙古地区普通干线公路服务设施建设及运营的现状与经验,明确内蒙古地区干线服务设施选址应立足于基本服务,完善其他配套功能;全面推行建设周期全寿命管理,树立文明服务窗口;打破思维壁垒,积极探索合作共享发展模式。指出走可持续发展之路是内蒙古地区干线公路服务设施规范化、系统化和程序化的发展方向。

By using the methods of literature review and field investigation, this paper studies the current situation and experience of the construction and operation of the service facilities of the common trunk roads in Inner Mongolia. It is clear that the location of trunk service facilities in Inner Mongolia should be based on basic services. Other supporting functions should be. Life cycle management should be built. Civilized service window should be set up.Through breaking the thinking barrier, the development mode of cooperation and sharing should be actively explored. It is pointed out that taking the road of sustainable development is the development direction of standardization, systematization and proceduralization of the service facilities of the follow-up trunk roads in Inner Mongolia.
