Progress on clinical tongue diagnosis of diabetes and tongue image informatization

舌诊是中医诊断疾病、辨证论治的重要依据。随着中医药现代化进程逐步加快,中医糖尿病舌诊应用研究与现代科学技术的结合日益紧密,逐渐向规范化、客观化方向发展。从中医糖尿病舌诊的辨证应用、舌象与现代检查指标的关联性及糖尿病舌诊的信息化研究等方面进行梳理和综述,为舌诊研究的进一步发展提供参考依据。

Tongue diagnosis is the important basis for Chinese medical diagnosis and treatment based on syndrome differentiation. With the gradual acceleration of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) modernization, the application research of TCM tongue diagnosis in diabetes has been increasingly closely integrated with modern science and technology, and is gradually developing towards standardization and objectivity. In order to provide reference for the further development of tongue diagnosis, this paper analyzes and summarizes the application of tongue diagnosis in diabetes according to syndrome differentiation, the correlation between tongue image and modern examination indexes, and the informatization research of diabetes tongue diagnosis.
