单纯下颌骨外板劈取对面下部宽度的影响

Effect of simple mandibular outer plate split on width of lower part of the face

目的探讨单纯下颌骨外板劈取对面下部宽度的影响。方法自2014年1月至2018年12月,对施行单纯下颌骨外板劈取手术的22例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,术前应用CT重建进行相关数据测量以及手术设计,经口内入路劈取双侧下颌骨外板。术后远期随访行CT扫描,并进行三维重建以及测量多条具有相关性的面下部宽度值,评估其变化。结果术后随访6~36个月,3条面下部宽度测量线测量值均小于术前,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论单纯劈取下颌骨外板可缩小患者面下部宽度,改善面下部轮廓。

Objective To explore the effect of simple mandibular outer plate split on width of lower part of the face.Methods From January 2014 to December 2018,clinical data of 22 patients underwent simple mandibular outer plate split were retrospectively analyzed.Relevant data measurement and surgical design were performed by CT reconstruction before operation,and bilateral mandibular outer plates were split through intraoral approach.The CT scan was performed during the postoperative long-term follow-up.Three-dimensional reconstruction was conducted,the value of width of lower part of the face with correlation was measured and the changes were calculated.Results All patients were followed-up from 6 to 36 months.The measured values of 3 measuring lines of width of lower part of the face were lower than those before operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The simple mandibular outer plate split can improve the width and contour of lower part of the face.
