心理干预模式对上呼吸道感染患儿焦虑抑郁情绪障碍及头皮静脉穿刺效果的影响

Effect of psychological intervention on anxiety and depression disorder and scalp venipuncture in children with upper respiratory tract infection

目的:探究心理干预模式对上呼吸道感染患儿焦虑抑郁情绪障碍及头皮静脉穿刺效果的影响。方法:随机将我院2017年10月-2018年10月收治的192例上呼吸道感染患儿分为两组(每组96例)。对照组患儿实施常规干预措施,研究组患儿在常规基础上联合心理干预模式。分别对比两组患儿干预前后的心理状态评分变化,并记录干预后两组患儿头皮静脉穿刺疗效及家长对干预满意度的影响。结果:干预前,两组SCARED及DSRSC评分值比较不存在明显差异(P>0.05);干预后,研究组的SCARED和DSRSC评分值均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,分别为(t=24.675,21.465;P<0.001)。经过心理干预后,研究组的疗效总有效率(95.83%)显著优于对照组(84.37%),数据差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=7.068,P<0.001)。研究组家长对干预总满意度(96.87%)显著高于对照组(81.72%),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=13.142,P<0.001)。结论:心理干预模式可改善上呼吸道感染患儿焦虑、抑郁情绪障碍,同时提高患儿头皮静脉穿刺的效果,并且能够获得较好的干预满意度。

Objective:To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on anxiety and depression disorder and scalp venipuncture in children with upper respiratory tract infection.Methods:A total of 192 children with upper respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups(96 cases in each group).The control group was given routine intervention,while the study group was given psychological intervention on the basis of routine intervention.Then the mental state scores,effect of scalp venipuncture and satisfaction degree of parents were recorded and compared between groups.Results:①SCARED and DSRSC scores had no difference between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),which were lower in the study group than in the control group after intervention(t=24.675,21.465,P<0.001);②The total effective rate of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(χ^2=7.068,P<0.01);③The total satisfaction of parents in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ^2=13.142,P<0.001).Conclusion:Psychological intervention can ameliorate the anxiety and depression disorder,improve the effect of scalp venipuncture and satisfaction degree of children with upper respiratory tract infection.
