摘要
目的:探讨积极反刍思维训练对改善大学生消极反刍思维的效果。方法:选取消极型反刍思维大学生28人,实验组和对照组各14人,实验组有2人中途退出。实验组接受积极反刍思维训练(每周2次,每次120分钟,共5次)。结果:所有指标的时间效应和交互效应显著(F=5.63~30.73,P<0.05);两组前测差异不显著,但后测差异显著;实验组前后测差异显著,对照组前后测差异不显著。结论:积极反刍思维训练能提高心理健康水平。
Objective:To evaluate the effects of positive rumination training on decreasing negative rumination for college students.Methods:Twenty-eight negative ruminators of college students were recruited.The experimental and control groups each had 14 participants.Two participants in the experimental group retreated.The experimental group received a 5-session group counseling with 2 sessions per week and 2 hours per session.Results:The interactions between time and group were significant for all variables(F=5.63~30.73,P<0.05).Two groups did not show significant score differences of all variables in pretest but they did in posttest.The pre-and posttest scores of all variables showed significant differences for the experimental group but not for the control group.Conclusion:Positive rumination training can improve mental health.
