摘要
结合生产实践,介绍了通过对煮糖罐结构和附属设备以及西门子NAHMAT自动煮糖控制程序的优化,满足了糖膏煮制的工艺要求与全自动煮糖的自动化要求,使得系统运行更加稳定,从而提高了产品质量,降低了生产消耗,减轻了人工劳动强度,实现了煮糖结晶过程的全自动控制和信息化管理,达到了节能减排增效的目的。
This paper introduced the optimization of the structure and auxiliary equipment of sugar boiling pan and Siemens NAHMAT automatic sugar boiling control program based on the production practice,which met the technological requirements of massecuite boiling and the requirements of automatic sugar boiling.It made the operation of the system more stable,thus improving the product quality,reducing the production consumption,reducing the labor intensity,realizing the full-automatic control and information management of the sugar boiling crystallization process,and achieving the purpose of energy conservation,emission reduction and efficiency increase.
