三种纳米改性剂对聚氨酯仿木材料抗弯抗压性能影响的对比研究(下) 被引量:1

摘要 利用纳米二氧化硅(nano-SiO2)、纳米二氧化钛(nano-TiO2)和自制的纤维素纳米晶体(CNC)与聚氨酯复合制备纳米复合仿木材料,通过力学压缩测试研究了纳米改性剂/聚氨酯复合仿木材料的力学性能差异。通过设计正交试验得出不同因素对聚氨酯改性的影响。在抗弯性能测试中对弯曲断裂力的影响从大到小的是密度、硅烷偶联剂(KH550)添加量、填料种类、填料量。对于断裂形变量而言影响大小依次是填料种类、KH550添加量、密度、填料量;在抗压缩性能测试中对压缩强度的影响从大到小依次是密度、KH550添加量、填料种类、填料量。对相对形变的影响从大小到依次是密度、KH550添加量、填料量、填料种类。CNC对聚氣酯的改性效果不显著,性能介于nanoSiO2和nano-TiO2改性效果之间,但在压缩相对形变上改性效果较好。 The SiO2 nanoparticles(nano-SiO2),TiO2 nanoparticles(nano-Ti02),and the obained nanocellulose(CNC)were used to prepare for polyurethane nanocomposite imitation-wood materials.The mechanical properties of nano-modifier/polyurethane nanocomposite imitation-wood materials were evaluated by tensile and compresion test.The orthogonal experiment was designed to prepare for the modified polyurethane composites.The influence of different factors on the properties of polyurethane composite was evaluated.In bending test,the influence of factors from high to low on bending fracture force was density,silane coupling agent(KH550),filler type,filler content.For the fracture deformation was types of filler,added amount of KH550,density and the amount of filler.The factors affecting the compressive strength in compression resistance test were density,amount of KH550,filler type and filler content.For the purposes of the relative deformation was density,KH550 amount,filler amount and filler types.The effect of CNC on polyurethane modified was not significant,the effects of which was generally between SiO2 and TiO2,but the modification effect on the relative deformation was better in the compression.
