高危型人乳头瘤病毒疫苗有效性和安全性研究进展

Research Progress in the Effectiveness and safety of High-risk Human Papillomavirus Vaccine

宫颈癌是妇科癌症中居第4位的恶性肿瘤,全球平均每2 min就有1人死于宫颈癌。高危型人乳头瘤病毒(Human papillomavirus,HPV)持续感染确定为宫颈癌的主要原因,接种HPV疫苗是预防宫颈癌的主要措施。HPV疫苗2006年在美国上市,10余年的使用过程中积累了大量数据,证实HPV疫苗的安全有效性。HPV疫苗目前上市的有二价、四价、九价3种,3种疫苗均在国内上市,但由于大众对疫苗认知不足,影响了疫苗的推广,本文就HPV疫苗的有效性和安全性研究进展进行综述,提高大众对疫苗的认识,促进疫苗的推广普及。

Cervical cancer is the fourth most common malignant tumor in gynecological cancer,on average,one person dies of cervical cancer every 2 minutes.High-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)persistent infection has been identified as the leading cause of cervical cancer,and currently inoculation of HPV vaccine is the main measure to prevent cervical cancer.HPV vaccine is listed in the US in 2006,the safety and effectiveness of HPV vaccine has been confirmed with a large amount of data accumulated during the use of more than ten years.HPV vaccine is currently available in Bivalent,Quadrivalent and 9-valent,which were listed in China.However,the promotion of vaccines was affected by the lack of awareness of the vaccine among the public.Given the above,this article reviewed the research progress in the effectiveness and safety of HPV vaccines,so as to raise public awareness of vaccines and promote the spread of vaccines.
