全程无缝隙护理在儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征手术室护理中的应用观察

Observation on application of whole course non-break nursing in operating room nursing for children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

目的探讨全程无缝隙护理在儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)手术室护理中的应用效果。方法将2017年6月~2019年3月湛江中心人民医院收治的80例OSAHS患儿随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用手术室全程无缝隙护理,对照组采用传统护理。统计对比两组焦虑程度、疼痛程度和躁动发生情况。结果观察组入手术室前和术后24h的焦虑评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后6h和术后24h的疼痛程度明显轻于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组躁动总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术室全程无缝隙护理可降低OSAHS患儿的焦虑和疼痛程度,同时可减少术后躁动的发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of whole course non-break nursing in operating room nursing for children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS). Methods 80 children with OSAHS who were admitted to Zhanjiang Central People’s Hospital from June 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was given whole course non-break nursing while the control group was given traditional nursing.The degree of anxiety,degree of pain and occurrence of restlessness of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The anxiety scores of the observation group before entering the operating room and 24 hours after operation were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The pain degree of the observation group at 6 hours and 24 hours after operation were significantly lighter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of restlessness in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Whole course non-break nursing in operating room can reduce the degrees of anxiety and pain of children with OSAHS and reduce the incidence of postoperative restlessness.
