输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的围手术期护理配合分析

Analysis on perioperative nursing coordination of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in treatment of ureteral calculi

目的探讨输尿管结石实施输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗的围手术期护理配合方法及效果。方法将2018年1~12月桂东人民医院外科80例输尿管结石实施输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗患者纳入研究,用计算机进行随机分组:常规组(n=40,常规手术护理)、配合组(n=40,围手术期护理配合),分析患者手术效果、术后恢复状况、术后并发症、复发状况。结果配合组手术时间、术后疼痛症状消失时间、术后住院时间、并发症总发生率、术后6个月复发率与常规组比较更低,一次性碎石成功率与常规组比较更高(P<0.05)。结论输尿管结石实施输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗时实施围手术期护理配合可改善手术效果及术后恢复状况,减少并发症及复发率。

Objective To explore perioperative nursing coordination and effect of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in treatment of ureteral calculi. Methods 80 patients with ureteral calculi who underwent ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in department of surgery in Guidong People’s Hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into the routine group(n=40,routine surgical nursing) and the coordination group(n=40,perioperative nursing coordination) by computer.Surgical results, postoperative recovery,postoperative complications and recurrence of patients were analyzed. Results The operation time,disappearance time of postoperative pain symptom,postoperative hospital stay,total incidence of complications,recurrence rate of 6 months after surgery in the coordination group were lower in the routine group,while the success rate of one-time lithotripsy was higher in the routine group(P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing cooperation in the treatment of ureteral calculi with holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope can improve the surgical effect and postoperative recovery and reduce the rate of complications and recurrence.
