形体艺术治疗对住院精神分裂症患者抑郁状态影响的分析

Effect of body art therapy on the depression state of schizophrenia inpatients

目的探讨形体艺术治疗对住院精神分裂症患者抑郁状态的影响。方法选取2016年11月~2017年11月我院收治的50例精神分裂症患者作为此次研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同进行分组,即选用常规药物治疗的患者作为对照组(25例),而常规药物联合形体艺术治疗的患者作为观察组(25例)。分别于治疗前与治疗后对两组抑郁状态与社会功能缺损程度进行评估。结果两组患者治疗前HAMD评分与SDSS评分较接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后HAMD评分与SDSS评分均得到改善,但观察组以上两个评分指标改善程度较对照组改善,且组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对住院精神分裂症患者应用形体艺术治疗进行康复干预,对改善抑郁状态与社会功能缺损程度有效,值得临床上推广。

Objective To explore the effect of body art therapy on depression in schizophrenics. Methods 50 schizophrenic patients admitted to our hospital between November 2016 and November 2017 were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods,i.e.the patients treated with conventional drugs were selected as the control group(n=25),while the patients treated with conventional drugs combined with body art were selected as the observation group(n=25).Depression status and degree of social dysfunction before and after treatment were evaluated between the two groups. Results The scores of Hamilton depressive scale(HAMD) and social disability screening schedule(SDSS) in the two groups were similar before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the scores of HAMD and SDSS in the two groups were improved after treatment,but the above two score indexs in the observation group were more improved as compared to the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of body art therapy in rehabilitation intervention for hospitalized schizophrenia patients is effective in improving depression status and the degree of social dysfunction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
