探讨凝血四项指标及肿瘤标志物诊断乙型肝炎相关肝癌的价值

Exploration on values of four indexes of blood coagulation and tumor markers in diagnosis of hepatitis B-Related liver cancer

目的探讨在乙型肝炎相关肝癌患者的临床诊断中应用监测患者凝血四项指标及肿瘤标志物水平的应用价值。方法随机选取2017年1月~2019年1月我院收治的60例肝癌患者作为临床观察对象。分为观察组(患者为乙型肝炎相关肝癌,30例)和对照组(患者为良性肝癌,30例)。对两组患者凝血四项指标及肿瘤标志物水平及阳性率结果进行分析。结果观察组甲胎蛋白、岩藻糖苷酶水平即凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血酶时间、凝血酶时间水平明显高于对照组,纤维蛋白原水平低于对照组。观察组患者凝血功能指标四项阳性率高于对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乙型肝炎相关肝癌诊断中检测凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血酶时间、纤维蛋白原、凝血酶时间的价值。结论临床上乙型肝炎相关肝癌的发生日益增多,它所带来的危害是多方面的,对患者的生命健康的影响非常大。应用监测患者凝血四项指标及肿瘤标志物水平作用较为全面,有利于乙型肝炎相关肝癌患者的早期诊断准确性,疾病诊断率更高,起到较好的临床预防作用。

Objective To explore application values of monitoring four indexes of blood coagulation and tumor markers in clinical diagnosis of patients with hepatitis B-related liver cancer. Methods 60 patients with liver cancer who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly selected as clinical observative objects.They were divided into the observation group(patients with hepatitis B-related liver cancer) and the control group(benign liver cancer),with 30 cases in each group.Four indexes of blood coagulation and levels and positive rates of tumor markers of patients were analyzed. Results The alpha-fetoprotein level,fucosidase level or prothrombin time, activated partial thrombin time and thrombin time in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group while fibrinogen level was lower than that of the control group.The positive rate of four indexes of blood coagulation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Value of prothrombin time,activated partial thrombin time fibrinogen and thrombin time was detected in the diagnosis of hepatitis B-related liver cancer. Conclusion Clinically,the occurrence of hepatitis B-related liver cancer is increasing and the harm it brings is multifaceted,which has a great effect on the life and health of patients.The application of monitoring four indexes of blood coagulation and tumor markers is relatively comprehensive,which is conducive to the early diagnosis accuracy of hepatitis B-related liver cancer patients.The diagnosis rate of the disease is higher,which plays a good clinical preventive role.
