不同三联疗法对幽门螺杆菌根除价值的对比

Comparison of values of different triple therapies in the eradication of helicobacter pylori

目的探讨标准三联疗法与双歧杆菌四联活菌胶囊联合三联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染的临床效果。方法选取2016年6月~2018年6月在本院消化科确诊HP感染的患者178例,分为对照组和观察组,每组89例,其中,对照组给予标准三联疗法,观察组给予双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合三联疗法,治疗1月后,比较两组患者HP根除率,临床症状,不良反应。结果观察组患者的HP根除率显著高于对照组,治疗后,两组患者与同组治疗前相比,临床症状的评分均显著降低,观察组患者临床症状的评分显著低于对照组,观察组患者临床症状改善率显著高于对照组,观察组患者不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论将双歧杆菌四联活菌胶囊联合三联疗法应用于HP的根除治疗中,可以有效的提升HP根除率,提升临床症状,降低不良反应,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect ofstandard triple therapy and bifidobacterium quadruple live bacteria capsule combined with triple therapy in eradicating helicobacter pylori(HP) infection. Methods 178 patients diagnosed with HP infection in department of gastroenterology in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected. They were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 89 cases in each group. The control group was given standard triple therapy while the observation group was given bifidobacterium quadruple live bacteria capsule combined with triple therapy.After treatment for one month, the eradication rate of HP, clinical symptomsand adverse reaction of two groups were compared. Results Theeradication rate of HP in the observation group significantly higher than that in the control group.After treatment, compared with the same group before treatment, clinical symptom scores of two groups were significantly reduced. Clinical symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The improvement rate of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Application of bifidobacterium quadruple live bacteria capsule combined with triple therapy in eradicating HP can effectively improve the eradication rate of HP, improve clinical symptoms and reduce adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
