慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者疾病获益感的相关因素分析

Analysis on related factors of disease benefit sense in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的探究慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者疾病获益感的相关因素并进行分析。方法选取2014年1月~2017年12月在我院接受慢性阻塞性肺疾病治疗的128例患者为研究对象,应用一般资料调查问卷、疾病获益感量表及感知社会支持量表对患者进行横截面调查,分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者疾病获益感的相关因素。结果慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的疾病获益感得分为(58.78±18.4)分;不同年龄、经济收入的患者与慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的疾病获益感得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者的疾病获益感得分与社会支持程正相关(r=0.532、P=0.004);多重线性回归分析显示患者的年龄、经济收入、社会支持是慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者疾病获益感的重要影响因素。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的疾病获益感与患者年龄、经济收入、社会支持制约具有相关性。提高患者的社会支持度能够提高其疾病获益感。

Objective To explore and analyze the related factors of disease benefit sense in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 128 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2017 were selected as research objects.The general data questionnaire,disease benefit scale and perceived social support scale were used for cross-sectional survey of patients.Related factors of disease benefit sense in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were analyzed. Results The score of disease benefit sense in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was(58.78±18.4) points.There were statistically significant differences in the scores of disease benefit sense between patients of different ages and economic income and patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(P<0.05).The disease benefit sense score of patients was positively correlated with social support(r=0.532,P=0.004).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the age,economic income and social support of patients were important factors influencing the disease benefit of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Conclusion The disease benefit sense of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is related to the age,economic income and social support constraints of patients.Increasing the social support of patients can increase their sense of disease benefit.
