摘要
目的在盆底肌锻炼基础上联合生物反馈、电刺激对产后盆底康复的临床疗效。方法选取2018年2月~2019年2月我院收治的84例产妇,随机分为对照组(42例,采取盆底肌锻炼)与观察组(42例,采取盆底肌锻炼+生物反馈+电刺激),对治疗效果进行观察。结果观察组产后4个月时盆底肌张力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时,产后4个月时,观察组女性性功能指数评分(FSFI)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),此外,观察组子宫脱垂、尿失禁发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在盆底肌锻炼基础上联合生物反馈、电刺激,能有效改善产妇盆底肌张力,改善产妇产后性生活,降低尿失禁、子宫脱垂的发生率,值得于临床推广。
Objective To explore curative effects of biofeedback and electrical stimulation on basis of pelvic floor muscle exercise in treatment of postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation. Methods 84 parturient women who were admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group(pelvic floor muscle) and the observation group(pelvic floor muscle,biofeedback and electrical stimulation),with 42 cases in each group.Curative effects of two groups were observed. Results Pelvic floor muscle tension in the observation group was better than that in the control group on 4 months after birth, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the female sexual function index score(FSFI) of the observation group was higher than that of the control group on 4 months after birth. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the incidence of uterine prolapse and urinary incontinence in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Biofeedback and electrical stimulation on basis of pelvic floor muscle can effectively improve maternal pelvic floor muscle tension,improve postpartum sexual life and reduce the incidence of urinary incontinence and uterine prolapse,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
