针刺联合闪罐对中风患者偏身感觉障碍的影响

Effect of acupuncture combined with flash cupping on hemidysesthesia in stroke patients

目的探讨针刺联合闪罐对中风患者偏身感觉障碍的影响。方法选取2016年2月~2018年2月收治的中风加偏身感觉障碍患者90例,随机分为两组,对照组患者应用单纯针刺治疗,研究组患者应用针刺联合闪罐治疗。分析针刺联合闪罐治疗对中风患者偏身感觉障碍的影响。结果研究组患者的治疗有效率为93.3%明显高于对照组的治疗有效率75.6%(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组综合评分从(12.5±3.1)分提升到(29.6±4.1)分,对照组从(12.4±2.6)分提升到(20.7±3.1)分,两组综合评分均有所提升,且研究组患者的综合评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组复合感觉积分从(2.11±0.7)分提升到(4.82±0.9)分、深感觉积分从(4.57±1.0)分提升到(7.52±1.1)分、浅感觉积分从(5.30±1.0)分提升到(17.8±1.8)分,对照组复合感觉积分从(2.19±0.7)分提升到(3.68±0.89)分、深感觉积分从(4.59±1.0)分提升到(6.18±1.1)分、浅感觉积分从(5.21±1.0)分提升到(10.3±1.7)分,两组均有明显提升(P<0.05),且研究组患者三项改善情况均高于对照组(P<0.05),同时,研究组患者浅感觉提升程度优于复合感觉与深感觉(P<0.05)。结论经过临床研究结果表明,中风患者应用针刺联合闪罐对其偏身感觉障碍有较为良好的影响,其临床效果明显优于单纯的针刺治疗,能显著改善患者的感觉功能,治疗方法同样操作简便,用时较少,且成本较低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of acupuncture combined with flash cupping on hemidysesthesia in stroke patients. Methods A total of 90 patients with stroke and hemidysesthesia treated in our hospital between February 2016 and February 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture alone and the patients in the study group were treated with acupuncture combined with flash cupping.The effect of acupuncture combined with flash cupping therapy on the hemidysesthesia of stroke patients was analyzed. Results The effective rate in the study group was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.6%)(P<0.05).After the treatment,the comprehensive score of the study group increased from(12.5±3.1) to(29.6±4.1),and the control group increased from(12.4±2.6) to(20.7±3.1),and the comprehensive scores of both groups were all improved,and the comprehensive score of patients in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the compound sensory score of the study group increased from(2.11±0.7) to(4.82±0.9),the deep sensory score increased from(4.57±1.0) to(7.52±1.1),the superficial sensory score increased from(5.30±1.0) to(17.8±1.8);the compound sensory score of the control group increased from(2.19±0.7) to(3.68±0.89),and the deep sensory score increased from(4.59±1.0) to(6.18±1.1) and superficial sensory score from(5.21±1.0) to(10.3±1.7),in addition,all these scores in the study group were more improved as compared to those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the three improvements in patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the degree of improvement in superficial sensory scores was better than compound and deep sensory scores in the study group(P<0.05). Conclusion The therapy of acupuncture combined with flash cupping features simply-operated,less time-consumed and low-cost,has remarkable effect on hemidysesthesia in stroke patients,and its clinical effect is significantly better than that of acupuncture alone,which is worthy of clinical application.
