发动机附件皮带驱动系统异响问题调查研究

摘要 通过研究某发动机附件皮带驱动系统异响问题,归纳了附件皮带驱动系统异响的种类,并根据试验和频谱分析结果确定了该发动机附件皮带驱动系统异响属于皮带不对中异响。针对皮带不对中异响问题提出了3种解决方案,并结合具体情况研究了每种方案的可行性。研究结果显示,降低皮带摩擦系数是一种解决皮带不对中异响问题的有效方案。 By studying the abnormal noise of an engine accessory belt drive system,several types of abnormal noise were summarized. According to the test and spectrum analysis results,it was found that the noise of the engine accessory belt drive system was belt misalignment noise. Three kinds of solutions were proposed to solve the belt misalignment noise,and the feasibility of each solution was studied. The result showed that reducing the friction coefficient of belt was an effective way to solve the belt misalignment noise issue.
