摘要
国六排放标准中采用了世界统一瞬态测试循环对发动机进行动态排放测试。针对被测污染物中的颗粒物,根据试验程序建立颗粒物比排放量不确定度分析的数学模型。国六排放试验中,由于滤纸荷重较低,增加了浮力校正等计算模型;再结合稀释排气量,发动机循环功等计算模型,最终得出颗粒物比排放结果的不确定度分析结果。
China VI emissions standards(China Ⅵ) adopts world harmonized transient cycle(WHTC) to measure engine particulate matter(PM). A mathematical model of the uncertainty of measured PM emissions was built based on the test procedure. Buoyancy correction was required due to low load on PM filter paper in China Ⅵ emissions testing. Combined with the diluted exhaust volume model,engine cycle work model,etc,the uncertainty of PM emissions was achieved.
