摘要
缸体缸孔圆柱度大是导致发动机机油耗过高、活塞漏气量大的主要原因之一。目前各大主机厂发动机生产线均引入缸孔模拟珩磨工艺,在缸孔加工时提前装配仿真缸盖,将螺栓拧紧后产生的缸孔变形提前显现,在缸孔精镗或珩磨时去除变形,从而减小缸体在发动机装配产品缸盖后的缸孔圆柱度。仿真缸盖又称"工艺缸盖",是缸孔模拟珩磨工艺的关键部件。为此,需要研究其设计结构、材质、刚性、高度等对还原复装产品缸盖后缸孔圆柱度的影响。研究结果表明,仿真缸盖刚性是主要影响因素,在保证仿真缸盖刚性前提下,优化结构、更改材质、减小高度等方法对缸孔变形改善效果提升不明显。
Cylinder bore deformation is one of the main reasons of high engine fuel consumption and big blow-by of piston. At present,the engine production lines of major engine plants have introduced cylinder bore simulation honing technology that hones cylinder bore with simulated cylinder head being assembled. Simulated cylinder head,also known as " process cylinder head" is the key part of the cylinder bore simulation honing. Therefore,it is necessary to study the influence of the design structure,material,rigidity and height of the simulated cylinder head on the cylinder bore deformation after engine assembly. The results showed that the stiffness of the simulated cylinder head was the main influencing factor,and the improving effect of optimizing structure,changing material and reducing height of the simulated cylinder head on the cylinder bore deformation was not obvious.
