鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎疗效分析

Effect of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery on Chronic Sinusitis

目的探讨鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎疗效。方法将我院2018年1月-2019年1月的86例慢性鼻窦炎患者,随机分组,传统手术组给予传统手术,鼻内窥镜手术治疗组开展鼻内窥镜手术。比较两组手术成功率、慢性鼻窦炎手术失血量、手术操作时间、手术前后鼻腔鼻窦结局测试-20(snot-20)量表评分、并发症。结果鼻内窥镜手术治疗组的手术成功率高于传统手术组,χ2=6.933,P<0.05。鼻内窥镜手术治疗组的手术成功率是100%,而传统手术组的手术成功率是79.07%。鼻内窥镜手术治疗组鼻腔鼻窦结局测试-20(snot-20)量表评分显著低于传统手术组,P<0.05。鼻内窥镜手术治疗组慢性鼻窦炎手术失血量、手术操作时间显著低于传统手术组,P<0.05。鼻内窥镜手术治疗组并发症显著低于传统手术组,P<0.05。结论:慢性鼻窦炎患者实施鼻内窥镜手术效果确切。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis.Methods Eighty-six patients with chronic sinusitis in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into groups.The traditional surgery group was given traditional surgery,and the nasal endoscopic surgery group was given nasal endoscopic surgery.The surgical success rate,blood loss of chronic sinusitis surgery,operation time,nasal sinus outcome test-20(snot-20)scale score,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The surgical success rate of the nasal endoscopic surgery group was higher than that of the traditional surgery group,χ2=6.933,P<0.05.The surgical success rate of the nasal endoscopic surgery group was 100%,while that of the traditional surgery group was 79.07%.The score of nasal sinus outcome test-20(snot-20)scale in the endoscopic surgery group was significantly lower than that in the traditional surgery group,P<0.05.The blood loss and operation time of chronic sinusitis in the nasal endoscopic surgery group were significantly lower than those in the traditional surgery group,P<0.05.The complications in the nasal endoscopic surgery group were significantly lower than those in the traditional surgery group,P<0.05.Conclusion Nasal endoscopic surgery is effective in patients with chronic sinusitis.
