不同肠镜术前准备方法在小儿消化肠镜检查的前肠道准备

Different Methods of Preoperative Preparation for Enteroscopy in Children Before Digestive Enteroscopy

目的对于小儿肠镜检查前不同肠镜术前准备方式及准备合格率的分析。方法将我院2016年5月-2017年5月收治的124例消化儿科患儿择期行肠镜检查,随机分为4组每组均31例,采用不同的肠镜术前准备方法进行小儿消化肠镜检查前的肠道准备,甲组采用复方聚乙二醇电解质散剂,乙组采用乳果糖口服溶液,丙组采用20%甘露醇250 mL溶于5%葡萄糖氯化钠溶液1000 mL,丁组采用33%硫酸镁50 mL溶于5%葡萄糖氯化钠溶液1000mL。分析肠道清洁度、不良反应与肠道准备不配合率。结果乙组的清洁度高于其他三组,甲组的清洁度高于丙组、丁组,丁组清洁度高于丙组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。丙组、丁组的不良反应率高于其他两组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在不配合率方面,丙组、丁组的不配合率高于其他两组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于消化儿科行肠镜检查,临床应用价值较高,可全面降低不配合率、不良反应率、提升清洁度等。

Objective To analyze the qualified rate of different preoperative preparations for enteroscopy in children.Methods 124 children undergoing selective enteroscopy in digestive pediatrics admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected.They were randomly divided into 4 groups with 31 children in each group.Different preoperative enteroscopy preparation methods were used for intestinal preparation before enteroscopy in children.GroupⅠused compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder,GroupⅢused 20%mannitol 250 mL dissolved in 5%glucose and sodium chloride solution 1000 mL,GroupⅣused 33%magnesium sulfate 50 mL dissolved in 5%glucose and sodium chloride solution 1000 mL,and GroupⅡused lactulose oral solution.Intestinal cleanliness,adverse reactions and intestinal preparation failure rate were analyzed.Results The cleanliness of groupⅡwas higher than that of the other three groups,the cleanliness of groupⅠwas higher than that of groupⅢand groupⅣ,and the cleanliness of groupⅣwas higher than that of groupⅢ,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of groupⅢand groupⅣwas higher than that of the other two groups,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The failure rate of groupⅢand groupⅣwas higher than that of the other two groups,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application value of enteroscopy in digestive pediatrics is high,which can reduce the intestinal preparation failure rate and adverse reaction rate,improve the intestinal cleanliness.
