桂枝茯苓丸联合西药治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果

Effect of Guizhi Fuling Pill Combined With Western Medicine on Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的探讨桂枝茯苓丸联合西药治疗多囊卵巢综合征及对内分泌代谢和排卵的影响。方法选取本院2018年6月-2019年6月妇科收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者108例为研究对象,将患者分为观察组和对照组,分别采用西药单用与桂枝茯苓丸联合西药治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组BMI小于对照组(P<0.05);Ferriman-Gallway(F-G)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);各项性激素水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓丸联合西药治疗多囊卵巢综合征能够有效改善患者症状,促进排卵。

Objective To explore the effect of Guizhi Fuling pill combined with western medicine on PCOS.Methods 108 patients with PCOS from June 2018 to June 2019 were divided into observation group and control group,The control group was treated with western medicine alone,and the observation group was treated with Guizhi Fuling pill combined with western medicine.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the BMI of the observation group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05),the score of F-G was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of various sex hormones were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Fuling pill combined with western medicine in the treatment of PCOS can effectively improve the symptoms of patients and promote ovulation.
