电针足三里用于妇科患者腹腔镜手术的效果

Effect of Electro Acupuncture Zusanli on Laparoscopic Surgery in Gynecological Patients

目的观察电针足三里用于妇科患者腹腔镜手术对其术后不良反应的影响。方法用随机数字表法将本院2016年10月-2018年10月58例接受腹腔镜手术的妇科患者均分为对照组和观察组两组,对照组给予全身麻醉,观察组实施全身麻醉+电针足三里,对比两组患者胃肠功能相关指标及术后不同时间的恶心呕吐发生率。结果观察组患者首次排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间和首次排便时间比对照组短(P<0.05),术后6 h、12 h的恶心呕吐发生率比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论对行腹腔镜手术的妇科患者进行全身麻醉联合电针足三里治疗可有效改善其术后胃肠功能,减少术后早期恶心呕吐的发生概率。

Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture Zusanli on postoperative adverse reactions in gynecological patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods 58 gynecological patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group.The control group was given general anesthesia,and the observation group was given general anesthesia+electroacupuncture Zusanli.The incidence of nausea and vomiting related to gastrointestinal function and different time after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The first exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time and first defecation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of nausea and vomiting at 6 and 12 hours after operation were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion General anesthesia combined with electroacupuncture at Zusanli can effectively improve the gastrointestinal function and reduce the incidence of early postoperative nausea and vomiting.
