针刀配合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation of Acupotomy Combined With Acupuncture in the Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的探究针刺联合小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法在本院2016年2月-2019年2月期间收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者中,选取200例作为观察对象,根据患者入院就诊前后顺序进行分组,先100例分入对照组,后100例分入实验组,分别采取针刺治疗和针刺联合小针刀治疗,比较两组患者腰椎功能,疼痛程度,生活质量,临床疗效。结果治疗后,实验组患者JOA评分为(24.10±2.57)分,高于对照组患者(P<0.05),VAS评分为(1.45±0.35)分,低于对照组患者(P<0.05),治疗后,实验组患者生活质量评分(68.30±6.46)分,治疗总有效率95.00%,均高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果显著,能有效减轻患者疼痛,改善腰椎功能和生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with acupotomy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods Among the patients with lumbar disc herniation who were admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2019,200 patients were selected as observation subjects.According to the order of patients before and after admission,the first 100 patients were divided into the control group,which were treated with acupuncture.And the latter 100 were divided into experimental group,which were treated with acupuncture combined with acupotomy.The lumbar function,pain degree,quality of life and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the JOA score of the experimental group was(24.10±2.57)points,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the VAS score was(1.45±0.35)points,which was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the experimental group was(68.30±6.46)points,and the total effective rate was 95.00%,which were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of acupuncture combined with acupotomy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is significant,which can effectively alleviate pain and improve lumbar function and quality of life.
