Objective To investigate the application effect of propofol, ketamine and fentanyl in intravenous anesthesia in children, and to evaluate the safety. Methods One hundred and thirty patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from June 2016 to December 2017 were randomized. The control group was anesthetized with propofol and ketamine, while the experimental group was anesthetized with fentanyl, propofol and ketamine.Heart rate changes and adverse reactions occurred before and after anesthesia were observed and compared. Results The results showed that there was no significant change in heart rate after anesthesia in the experimental group, but the heart rate of the control group was significantly higher before and after anesthesia, and the heart rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the experimental group,P<0.05.Two patients developed nausea, one patient developed vomiting, one patient developed agitation, and one patient developed a tongue fall. The incidence of adverse reactions was 7.69%.In the control group,3 patients developed vomiting and 2 patients developed Nausea,1 case of agitation,1 case of children with tongue fall, the incidence of adverse reactions was 10.77%,there was no significant difference between the two groups,P>0.05,not statistically significant. Conclusion The combination of propofol, ketamine and fentanyl is better in patients with intravenous anesthesia.
