摘要
目的观察丙泊酚配伍不同阿片类受体激动剂在无痛人流中的麻醉效果。方法将我院2018年4月-2019年4月收治的120例无痛人流术患者,按照麻醉方式分为3组,丙泊酚配伍芬太尼(A组)、丙泊酚配伍瑞芬太尼(B组)和丙泊酚配伍舒芬太尼(C组),观察比较各组患者的麻醉效果和满意度。结果C组的麻醉苏醒时间与疼痛评分分别为(6.02±0.49)min与(2.01±0.52)分,均优于A组、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且C组的满意度(97.5%)高于其他两组(P<0.05)。结论丙泊酚配伍舒芬太尼在无痛人流中的麻醉效果较好,麻醉满意度较高。
Objective To observe the anesthetic effect of propofol combined with different opioid receptor agonists in painless abortion.Methods A total of 120 patients with painless abortion treated in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were divided into 3 groups according to anesthesia method:propofol and fentanyl(group A),propofol and rufentan(B)and propofol in combination with sufentanil(C).Observed and compared the anesthetic effect and satisfaction of patients in each group.Results The anesthesia recovery time and pain score of group C were(6.02±0.49)min and(2.01±0.52)points,respectively.The data were significantly better than those of group A and group B,with significant differences(P<0.05);and the satisfaction rate of group C(97.5%)was significantly higher than the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Propofol combined with sufentanil has better anesthesia effect in painless abortion and higher anesthesia satisfaction.
