多学科协作模式在老年糖尿病患者护理中的运用 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨多学科协作模式(multidisciplinary collaboration,MDT)在老年糖尿病患者护理中对生活质量改善作用,并探讨生活质量的影响因素。方法选择本院2018年6月-12月的糖尿病患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用MDT护理方法,观察两组患者干预前后的世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF量表),检测干预前后的空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hours postprandial blood glucose,2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,HbA1c)。结果经干预后,两组患者的生理因子、心理因子、环境因子和社会关系评分较干预前上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组的生理因子、心理因子、环境因子和社会关系评分较对照组上升更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经干预后,两组患者的FBG、2 hPG和HbA1c水平较干预前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组的FBG、2hPG和HbA1c水平较对照组下降更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MDT在老年糖尿病患者护理中可有效的降低血糖水平,提高了患者的生活质量,临床中需进行及早干预。 Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary collaboration model(MDT)on quality of life in the care of elderly patients with diabetes,and to explore the influencing factors of quality of life.Methods One hundred patients with diabetes mellitus from June 2018 to December 2018 in the hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was used routine nursing methods.The observation group was used MDT nursing method.Before and after the intervention,observe the World Health Organization Quality of Life Measurement Scale(WHOQOL-BREF scale),detect fasting blood glucose(FPG),postprandial 2 h blood glucose(2 hPG),and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 c)before and after the intervention.Results After intervention,the physiological,psychological,environmental,and social relationship scores of the two groups increased compared with those before intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the physiological,psychological,environmental and social relationship scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of FBG,2 hPG and HbA1 c in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the levels of FBG,2 hPG and HbA1 c in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MDT can effectively lower blood sugar levels in elderly patients with diabetes,improve the quality of life of patients,and require early intervention in clinical practice.
