急性心肌梗死(AMI)并发室间隔穿孔(VSR)是一种十分严重而致命的早期急性心肌梗死,患者的预后较差。尽早实施准确的诊断、提升生命体征的监测、科学的手术治疗都是提升患者总生存率的根本。为此,文章主要分析了1例急性心肌梗死并发室间隔穿孔患者的外科手术护理方法,以供临床参考。

Acute myocardial infarction(AMI)complicated with ventricular septal perforation(VSR)is a very serious and fatal type of acute myocardial infarction in the early stage,and the prognosis of patients is poor.Early implementation of accurate diagnosis,improved monitoring of vital signs,and scientific surgical treatment are essential to improve the overall survival rate of patients.To this end,the article mainly analyzed a case of acute myocardial infarction complicated with ventricular septal perforation patients surgical nursing methods,for clinical reference.
