早期活动护理在腹腔镜下结直肠癌术后的应用

Application of Early Active Nursing Intervention in Laparoscopic Colorectal Cancer Surgery

目的探析早期活动与护理干预在腹腔镜下结直肠癌术后中的应用效果。方法以本院2017年4月-2019年2月接收行腹腔镜下结直肠癌术式治疗者82例,随机法分设组别。对照组术后采取常规护理措施干预,研究组在对照组的基础上开展早期活动护理干预措施共同干预。观察两组术后恢复情况、生活质量评分和术后并发症率。结果对照组术后恢复时间情况均明显长于研究组,生活质量评分明显低于研究组;对照组术后并发症率是26.83%明显高于研究组的7.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行腹腔镜下结直肠癌手术治疗者予以早期活动与护理共同干预,能加快其术后恢复,提高生活质量,使术后并发症发生降低。

Objective To explore the application effect of early activity and nursing intervention in laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery.Methods 82 patients with colorectal cancer underwent laparoscopic surgery from April 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was received routine nursing intervention after operation,while the study group was carried out early activity nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Postoperative recovery,quality of life score and complication rate were observed in both groups.Results The recovery time of the control group was significantly longer than that of the study group,and the quality of life score was significantly lower than that of the study group.The complication rate of the control group was 26.83%,which was significantly higher than that of the study group(7.32%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early activity and nursing intervention can accelerate the recovery,improve the quality of life and reduce the complications of patients underwent laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery.
